Weekly Specials Jan. 11th-16th

This week we are serving up our El Cubano special. We marinate pork tenderloin with garlic, lime and cilantro and roast it to perfection. Then we layer and grill that on a crunchy hoagie roll with black forest ham, Swiss cheese, dill pickle and mustard.

We are making our Black Bean Soup to pair with El Cubano. Made fresh with tender black beans, ham, garlic, onions, and peppers. Topped with salsa crema and served with focaccia (gluten-free without). On Thursday per usual, we will have our famous Chicken Artichoke and on Friday our Clam Chowder, all while supplies last.
