Specials February 8th-13th
This week’s special sandwich is the Carolina Pulled Pork! Tender hickory smoked pork with a house-made Carolina sauce and tangy coleslaw on Grand Central’s brioche bun. Served with kettle style chips.
On Tuesday we will have one more batch of our Avgolemono Soup. It’s a traditional Greek soup made with chicken, carrots, garlic, onion, and dill with an egg thickened chicken broth. We garnish it with orzo pasta, feta, and dill! We will be making our Brunswick Stew this week with pulled chicken and pork in a tangy broth with lima beans and corn, available Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday while supplies last. Per usual we will have our Chicken Artichoke on Thursday and our Clam Chowder on Friday.
We have a Passionfruit Sidecar for February, made with brandy, Tuaca, orange liquor, lemon juice, and passionfruit puree. Draft pints and growler fills now available. We’ve added Helvetia Cider’s- Son of a Peach Hard Cider on tap this week! And don’t miss our house Spanish Coffee with a two-shot Americano, orange liquor, and Kahlua topped with whipped cream, orange zest, and cinnamon.
