Specials for December 20th-23rd, 2022

This Tuesday we will have more of our French Dip special. We make house-roasted beef then put that on a fresh buttered rustic roll with Swiss cheese and caramelized onions, served with Au Jus for dipping, and horseradish mayo available upon request! And to fish you Merry Christmas we are ending this week with our Tuna Melt. With crunchy jicama and celery, zesty pepperoncini, capers, dill, and lemon, then grilled with tomato and cheddar cheese, this sandwich is a fan favorite. Our lunch sandwiches are served with kettle-style chips. Quantities are limited and just a reminder the café will be closed this Saturday and Sunday 12/24-12/25 so that our staff can spend the holidays with their real families.

The soup this Tuesday will be the Creamy Mushroom, perfect to pair with that French Dip! On Wednesday we will have a batch of Tomato Red Pepper Bisque. Per usual we will have our Chicken Artichoke Soup on Thursday and our Clam Chowder on Friday. All our soups are made in house and are served with our house-made focaccia bread.

Friday ‘After Hours’ this past week was a smashing hit. With our Art Raffle, generously provided by resident artist Jeannine Miller, we were able to raise over $400 to donate to Groner School unpaid lunch balance. We are going to keep this donation pot open until this Friday in hopes of reaching our $565 goal to pay it off in full. Call in to the café or walk-in to make your donation Tuesday -Friday.

The bakers are whipping up some fantastic treats this week! Come see what you can snag before our holiday closure this Saturday and Sunday. Also, don’t forget to pick-up your special pre-orders before closing on Friday.
