Specials for February 14th-19th
On Tuesday we will have some more of our Carolina Pulled Pork special! Smoky, tender, pulled pork topped with tangy slaw, and a house-made vinegar sauce, on a toasty brioche bun. This week we will also start the Sundried Tomato Pesto Wrap. Layered with fresh cut turkey, mozzarella cheese, crisp bacon, a house-made sundried tomato pesto, arugula, pickled onions, and mayo, then it’s wrapped up in a tomato-basil tortilla. Available Wednesday-Sunday while supplies last. Our lunch sandwiches are served with kettle-style chips.
On Tuesday we will fix one more batch of our Brunswick Stew, loaded up with shredded pork and chicken, lima beans, corn and tons of flavor. Then we are making our Lemony Asparagus soup. Available Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Per usual we will have our Chicken Artichoke Soup on Thursday and our Clam Chowder on Friday. All our soups are made in house, are served with our house-made focaccia bread, and are only available while supplies last.
This Friday February 17th join us as we will stay open until 7:30pm for our first “After Hours’ of the year! We are teaming up with The Carlton Winemakers Studio to bring you an evening of memorable wine pairings. Join us for some chef inspired plates and the attention of Tasting Room Manager and advocate for local winemakers, Nick George as he presents some stunning wines to pair perfectly with our evening’s menu selection.
