Specials for April 18th-23rd
This Tuesday we will have more of our Tuna Melt, made in house with capers, jicama, fresh dill, pepperoncini’s, celery and a light mayo dressing. Grilled with fresh tomato and cheddar cheese on our rustic white bread. Then it’s on to our Kalua-style Pork sandwich. We start by house roasting pork shoulder with a little smoke and sea salt, we also make a fresh Kona-style BBQ sauce with our very own house-brewed Caravan coffee. Then we put it all together on a brioche bun with a roasted pineapple slice and a red cabbage slaw. It melts in your mouth! Served with Hawaiian kettle chips, available Tuesday -Sunday while supplies last. Available Tuesday-Sunday while supplies last. All our lunch sandwiches are served with kettle-style chips.
This week we are making our Corn Chowder. This soup is creamy and filling with hints of green chilies then topped with cheddar cheese, it’s available Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Per usual we will have our famous Chicken Artichoke Soup on Thursday and our creamy Clam Chowder on Friday. All our soups are made in house, are served with our house-made focaccia bread, and are only available while supplies last.
After Hours is this Friday April 21st join us as we stay open until 7:30pm, we will have a special dinner menu and live musical guest Porter McClister! With appearances on The Tonight Show, The Today’s Show, Opry Live and collaborations with names like Tanya Tucker, Don Kelly, Gretchen Wilson and more, it is sure to be an amazing night!
