Specials for July 11th-16th
This week we are making our South Store version of a BANH MI! Served on an authentic crusty French roll from An Xuyen Bakery in Portland, layered up with house marinated and roasted lemongrass pork tenderloin, sriracha mayo, pickled carrots an daikon radish, and lots of fresh herbs. Available Tuesday-Sunday while supplies last. Our lunch sandwiches are served with kettle-style chips.
The soup this week will be our Chilled Avocado. This soup is loaded with flavor, made with avocados, lemon juice, jalapenos, cilantro and sour cream! Available Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday while supplies last. Per usual we will have our Chicken Artichoke Soup on Thursday and our Clam Chowder on Friday. All our soups are made in house and are served with our house-made focaccia bread.
South Store ‘After Hours’ is next Friday July 21st! Come join as we stay open until 7:30pm. We will have a dinner menu, and live music with in house with guest musician Brenda Andrus. Brenda is a singer/songwriter based in Beaverton. Along with her own original music, Brenda plays the songs you want to hear, putting a unique, acoustic spin on classic rock, folk, and alternative hits.
